CONTINUANO LE BUONE NOTIZIE
Relapse Records has announced the signing of seminal instrumental super-rock outfit DON CABALLERO. The Pittsburgh-based band is currently recording their as-yet-untitled Relapse debut full-length with longtime producer Al Sutton (THE LAUGHING HYENAS, BIG CHIEF) at Sutton's Rustbelt Studios in Detroit, MI. Some early track titles include "World Class Listening Problem", "And And And, He Lowered the Twin Down", "Palm Trees in the F**king Bahamas", and "Theme From Bricktop Clowns". A release date has not yet been determined.
DON CABALLERO, which is spearheaded by founder and drummer extraordinaire Damon Che, has expanded to a four-piece and also includes CRETA BOURZIA guitarist and bassist Jeff Ellsworth and Jason Jouver as well as guitarist Gene Doyle. This lineup has completed several North American tours in recent years and the forthcoming record will be the unit's first recorded work together.
DON CABALLERO has previously released four critically-acclaimed and highly influential full-length recordings as well as an extensive singles collection via its previous label Touch and Go Records.
Oserei dire "BELLA".
